What's that I see on the horizon? Windows 7?

I guess I don't have to convince anyone that Vista was less than what was expected from the big M. When my aunt tells me she hates Vista (keep in mind she does not even know what an iPod is) the mass media's negative portrayal of Vista has succeeded...by sales I say ten fold :]

It is also no secret that Windows 7 has been in developement since 2000, and is the next OS Microsoft is going to be putting out....yup this fast. Now the info is all over the net so I won't give you a wall of text (sad I know) but there has been some recent impressions I've been reading up on and have seen some screen shots of the new UI.

Looks Clean and Simple

It will have muilticore support and the control panel will have a lot of new features, things like virtual hard drives and other internet connectivity based apps

I heard that there are cracked versions of it floating around and I am going to try to get my hands on a copy or something and use it for myself

We should expect it around next year maybe the spring? We'll see
