Syncmasttaaaaaaa! My Monitor Review

I thought I'd write a little "review" of sorts on this monitor. I guess I'll get right into it so I'll go over the key features of the monitor and what I think about them.

• 1680 x 1050 max resolution- Well this certainly sticks out, I have a picture that used to cover my whole screen...now look at what it looks like, it's tiny.
  

• 300 cd/m² Brightness- This is a really bright screen kinda kills my need to get a illuminated keyboard since it's so damn bright...but it's beautiful :]
• 20,000:1 Contrast Ratio- Heh well you kinda have to take this with a grain of salt, but the colors are pretty amazing on this bad boy, when I switched the picture above to this monitor I could see the difference in the colors of the skin and the blues, also the blacks from the old computer weren't black enough since they showed up on this screen pretty light.
• 2 ms Response Time- This is about as low as they come and it eliminates any ghosting that you might see when gaming/watching movies so I'm happy.
• Wide screen- Most are...but some aren't! Everything looks great ;]
  
• Sleek Look- It has a shiny black polish and a red trim at the bottom it looks really nice and luckily the screen isn't glossy (I hate those damn screens)

Overall this screen is pretty damn awesome, but it does have some drawbacks...you can't adjust the screen too much and the stand kinda sucks. The stand wobbles and is kinda crooked and I'm too lazy to fix it up. It does not support HDMI and has no USB ports, not to mention it's kinda pricey. None of these cons should hold anyone back from picking this one up it looks beautiful connected through DVI (it has VGA also) and games look as great as can be in wide screen. I'm glad I "picked" it up and will never look back.
